Straight pricing. Easy paying.
One written price first
Every job starts with a free walk-through and one written price. Nothing is billed that is not on it unless you approve the change.
Paying for the job
Pay when the job is done. Your invoice comes with a link to pay online, or pay by check.
Deposits on larger jobs
Crane work, land clearing and other large projects may need a deposit to hold the date. If one is needed, it is written on your estimate.
Financing for bigger projects
For larger work like land clearing, property reclamation or several removals at once, ask about monthly payment options when we walk the job. Financing is offered through a third-party lender and is subject to credit approval.
Storm damage and insurance
If a storm put a tree on your house, your homeowners insurance may cover part of the removal. We give you an itemized invoice and before and after photos for your claim.
Townships, HOAs and businesses
We work from purchase orders and written scopes, and send a W-9 and a certificate of insurance with the quote or on request.
Payment questions.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. We walk the job and give you a written price at no charge.
When do I pay?
When the job is done, unless your estimate lists a deposit for a large project.
Do you offer financing?
Ask about monthly payment options on larger projects when we walk the job. Approval is up to the lender.
Will my insurance pay for tree removal?
It depends on your policy and what the tree hit. Call your agent; we provide the itemized invoice and photos the adjuster needs.
Tell us about the job.
Send the form or call the shop. Ask about payment options when we walk the job.
